- Before you install/refill your copier toner compartment be sure that you are using the item recommended by the manufacturer. Machines from the same brand use different kind of toners.
- Before you install/refill your copier toner compartment, shake the bottle/cartridge in different directions. The toners have in their composition negative and positive particles and during the time in stock, those particles separate and you need to shake the cartridge to put them together again.
- Compatible (generic) toners can have same quality than OEM but, you need to always check the manufacturer's specification table.
- All toners in the market are heat sensitive. The exposition of the toner to a prolonged and extreme heat condition can adversely affected the product composition.
- Always try to store your toner in an appropriate and cool place. Never leave your toner where there is a direct sunlight, extreme heat or high humidity.
