terms of service. We are paid thru Paypal for most of our orders. But you can order using other sources: money orders, cashier checks, money
transfers and checks. Please give us a call to make arrangements. Company and personal checks will need to be cleared in our bank before we ship
the merchandise. All payments must be in USA funds. Checks without funds will have a $ 35.00 charge. Most orders paid with credit card will be
shipped within 48 to 72 hours. Shipping and Handling After the appropriate payment is received, the merchandise will be shipped within 48 to 72 hours. We are not responsible for damages during shipping. We use UPS, Fed Ex, USA Postal Service or whichever carrier you prefer. Free Shipping Free Continental USA shipping on all orders over $75.00. Exchange Policy (in USA) Exchanges will be allowed within 30 days from the original purchase date. We guarantee our products 100%. If you receive a defective item simply email or fax to us the information and you will receive a form with the exchange instructions. Customers will be responsible for the charges of shipping the items back. We will credit this cost in your account and you will receive it as a discount applied to your next order. Before shipping back, please, email or fax us to get a RMA Number. Export sales are final! Refund Policy Refunds will be allowed within 30 days from the original purchase date. No refunds will be given for any openned package or used product. Absolutelly no refunds after 30 days of the purchase date. Customers will be responsible for the charges of shipping the items back. Before shipping you must email or fax us to get a RMA Number. All refunds are subject to a 20% restocking fee. Please, to expedite your refund, send an email or fax us your name, date of purchase, copy of the invoice and the item(s) to be returned. The refund will be sent to you immediatelly after we receive the returned goods. Export sales are final! |
